I'm going to suggest that the “Starting a New Project” content be moved into a longer “How to install and get started” lesson on a separate page. There is more material to cover than can be comfortably crammed into this page.

To that end, I'm going to start that lesson by cribbing some of the content from this page. I'll leave this page alone as I do that, and when the full lesson is all ready to go, then we'll see about cutting the redundant content from here and linking to there. Here's where it will go: Lesson 1. Install & Test.
