i followed by this article
I installed doxygen in /Applications. Then i pressed “run”.
I have some trouble while building. it tells
line 41: /Applications/Doxygen.app/Contents/Resources/doxygen: No such file or directory
Make sure that doxygen is installed.

how to setup, let me look it.
Install MacPorts and then it’s as easy as:
$ sudo port install doxygen graphviz
