I installed doxygen in /Applications. Then i pressed “run”.

I have some trouble while building. it tells

line 41: /Applications/Doxygen.app/Contents/Resources/doxygen: No such file or directory

? Why?

Install MacPorts and then it’s as easy as:

$ sudo port install doxygen graphviz

I’ve just updated to 2.1 today, spend hours trying to figure why I can’t install API Reference in XCode.
Running XCode 5.0.2 on Mavericks
Did update of Doxygen & Graphviz
Used the doxygen config file from the cocos2d 2.1 fresh unzip
Run doxygen script
Got the HTML folder fine with graphs and all
Ran the XCode project “cocos2d-ios.xcodeproj” from cocos2d folder
Got +200 build errors
Crawled over the web for different methods, all corrupted or failing
Finally used the terminal to build a .docset on my own
Did get a working straight docset without hierarchy
Would like to do have the same nice docset I had for the v2.0 :_(

Can someone take some time to upload his 2.1 .docset ?

Thanks.
