   Hi riq,

   I would like to reset the scores for my game, but it has ranking enabled.

   I know that currently resetting the score while ranking is enabled will screw up the scoring system. Is it possible for you to disable rankings, reset the scores, and re-enable rankings for my game?

   Or would it be easier if I just delete my game, recreate it, and have you re-enable ranking for it again?

   The game name is "Fireworks Fun" and ranking is enabled. It only has
   the category "High Score". I would still like rankings enabled after
   the scores are reset.

   Sure.
   I think that I'll add "delete ranking" support so that anybody can delete their scores.
   If I disable ranking I will need to delete the "ranking tables" which is something very delicate to do.

   In the meantime, if you need to test something, please, create a new game and I'll add ranking to it.
   I'll add support to delete scores in raking during next week (in 3 or 4 days).

   Sorry I didn't quite understand you.

   So would it be okay for me to delete my game and recreate another one with ranking enabled? Or would it better for me to just create a completely new game?

   yes, it might take me a few days to fix the issue.
   so, in the meantime, if you are in a hurry you could create a new game, and play with it.

   please, don't delete your current game since it won't delete the rankings.

   Got you, thanks for responding back. Game isn't deleted, we're still using the same one. We wanted to reset the scores before we submit the game to Apple, but too late for that now :P We'll reset it once there is the option to do so.

   Meanwhile, if you need help with the ranking deletion, I can try see what I can do. I'm not familiar with Python at all though :/

   Yes, I need some help with cocos live. Actually I'm not finding the improve it as fast as I would like to.
