   I know there are those iphone app review sites that I should submit to with promo codes and all that.

   But are there any websites that have like popular/rated-ranking of non-top100 apps ??
   Website for apps that aren't in the top 100 ?

   only few sites will review the top 100 apps, However there are so many sites that will review the apps which is not in top 100. Here I have come across this site http://bit.ly/fDjvcM they seems to provide in-depth reviews of all latest iPhone apps.
