Create a line/body from two user generated touch points?

O.k guys ive got a question. how would i go about creating a line from two touch locations. For example i touch in one spot then i pick up my finger then touch another spot thus casuing a line or body to be formed connecting those two points...
Heres a pic to help what im trying to say be more understandable:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This post should be able to get you started.

You simply need two graphics to make that run as is. A 'circle.png' that is whatever size you want, I think I made one that was 10 px. and 'line.png' was 1x4 px (1 px wide and 4 px tall)

Thank thats just what i was looking for. Although is there a way to have the line stop at the second circle, because in that code the line just keeps going on past the second circle. The line appears to go about 3x the length that it should be (Screen Shot: http://twitpic.com/2d0xir )

I bet your line.png is 4 pixels wide by 1 pixel tall. It should be 1 pixel wide by however many pixels tall you want. It must be 1 pixel wide for this to work, since it simply stretches the scaleX of the image to determine the length of the line. The height of the image will determine the thickness of the line on screen.

Oh my god im such an idiot. You were right my line was 4 wide and 1 high. switching that solved it.
