   Anybody knows how to make iTunes (PC/Mac) to display a custom template?
   I haven't submit any application yet to the AppStore so I'm not sure whether this is available on iTunes Connect.
   Will that cost something? how much?

   Its up to Apple to decide to bless you with a vanity page. You cant buy it. And if you could buy it, you couldnt afford it ;)

   Really? More and more I feel like going to the Apple headquarters with a basket full of apples and sweets and meet everybody in the door. Maybe that will help us more than carefully planning/developing/marketing/releasing.
