I just finished porting my Stick Golf game to iPad. It was a pretty easy process, and for a little bit of a promotion we're giving it away for free.
Cheers

sorry, i think that url was the canadian app store.... not sure if it matters:
Nice game. Congratulations. What does the middle button do ? (the one with a guy on it) I pressed a few times but nothing happened.
It would be nice to be able to have multiple players. Not online multiplayer, but the kind of "share the ipad. it's my turn. share the ipad. it's your turn..."
the middle button is more for the iphone version... you can scroll around on the larger levels, and the middle button 'resets' the view to be centered on the golfer...
I got a video of gameplay here:

Just grabbed this. Very nice!
I noticed a slight graphical glitch on the first course. When I scroll upwards, there is a missing texture on the upper right corner. Looks like when the texture isn't entirely visible, it's either not drawn or it's black.
Will leave you a review in the app store after I spend more time with it.
I play the original on the ipad all the time. Looks pretty good to me upscaled. I hope it is still free this evening so I can download the HD version when I get home.
thanks for the kind words!
@DonomaGames Thanks for the heads up. Will fix that texture up in the next update.
@jd It will be free for a couple of days you should be good to go when you get home :)
Just tried it on my iPad, great stuff!
this guy is good.

@asinesio: all the terrain is straight up images. no tilemap or patterned fill or anything like that. The water is also just a image on a layer behind the terrain. the water sprite just moves twelve pixels to the right with a CCMoveByAction then resets itself.
@jordo - gotcha. Makes sense; I didn't think you could load that many images into memory at once (your levels are rather large.)
Either way it looks fantastic, and I have to consider trying that approach for my project rather than doing a patterned fill like i've already been doing.
