   I need a quote on a small tiny little itty bitty thing. I need one image, A Scottish Terrier Cartoon. I have a picture available for reference, but I need it to be kind of in the style of the Cocos2d guy. Not looking like him obviously but that Apple look I guess is what I'm trying to say.

   Now this will most likely lead to bigger projects in the future, I'm sure with as simple as this is a lot of bigger artist won't even be interested but I still need it and I need to know how much it will cost.

   What level of detail?
   By cartoon, do you mean an animated piece?
   What format, a raw vector or a particular size of .png or the such?
   Is this a logo or a sprite?

   You could try elance.com, as mentioned in this post http://www.cocos2d-iphone.org/forum/topic/7684#post-44958 though I've not used it myself.

   Btw Anyone with an iPad may want to grab the free iPadMood backgrounds from http://www.fullyillustrated.com/fully-illustrated/ipadmoods/ (from the guy who gave us the angry coconut)

   @Cilein I think you already mailed me I'm not sure. but I'm just looking for this to be a logo on a splash screen, no animation.
