how can we detect a Sprite is touched with zoom functionality

I could not do it yet :( and unable to search some resources that can detect a touched sprite and Store it some where and for further game play use?

@cocosboy : the problem is that while i zoom-in,zoom-out object the touches sensitive changes...I don't know what to do...
