Hi,
I am using Tiled program to create tmx maps. However, there is no help file (chm or any other) with this program.
1. What is the main use of Offset option in menu? I do not know for which purpose is this option?
2. Is there some program's help available to download?

The Offset option in the menu just moves the tiles based on the value that you enter. You can move all, all visible or only the selected layer. Let's say you want to move just one layer to the right by 5 tiles. Enter a 5 for the X value, decide if you want things to wrap (just like how typing in a word processor wraps to the left edge when you reach the right edge), choose which layer(s) you want to offset and click OK.
There is online help with links to it from the main page, both a Wiki, mailing list and IRC.
