A fast, easy to use, free, and community supported 2D game engine
Hi there,
I have just released a new game (I will write a post about it soon) and an customer told me the background texture of the main scene appear too dark. It is shown, but very dark.
It's weird, since other customers didn't have the issue, even with the same device and configuration.
Is there anything you could tell me about it?
Any hints? :)

SDK version ? cocos2d version ? what image: png, jpg, 32-bit image ? rgb565 or rgba8 color buffer ? etc, etc, etc...

It was my first post and I forgot to take care about those important things. You are right. You need to know lots of more information to help me. My bad!
So, here it comes:
SDK: good question. Could it make difference? I really don’t know, but I’m guessing is the latest iOS beta, since the customer is also a developer.
Cocos2D version: 0.99.1.
Image type: jpg, 24-bit image.
Unfortunately, I can’t tell you about RGB type or buffer. All I know is I didn’t make any modifications in the XCode project template.
