Easiest way to download an image ?

It's probably a silly question, but I want to download an image from a server and store it in the Documents folder. What's the most simple way ?

I was sure there was a very easy way and couldn't find it anymore. But of course just when I ask I find it again :-D

I think that the class NSData has all I want.
