Hi,
I want to create a new animation with multi png files to create every frame. For example, one png file is a boy and other png file is a hat, the two png files create a frame as one boy take a hat on his head.
Can I do it in cocos2d? Thanks for any suggestion.

There may be other ways to do it, but one way that should work for you is to use CCRenderTexture... This allows you to create a texture from anything you would normally draw to the screen (including sprites) and it them creates a texture/sprite that you can in turn display on the screen.
Take a look at the CCRenderTexture class and I believe there is also an example int the cocos2d testbed. Also, do a search for CCRenderTexture in the forums for more posts regarding it's usage.
