   May I suggest performing a permanent redirect of cocos2d-iphone.com to cocos2d-iphone.org or visa versa?

   Its really bad for the site's SEO to have two domains floating around displaying the same content. Not only does Google mark down what it believes is duplicated content, you also have the problem of incoming links coming to one OR the other domain. This spreads out the site's backlinks across the two different domains, thus degrading the Page Rank of the site.

   There are also problems with the cookies on the site if you log in at one domain, then click a link that takes you to the other version.

   If you do a permanent redirect from one to the other then Google will convert links in its index to the other URL which should boost the site's page rank.

   Just a suggestion,

   Do you know how can I do it ?

   I have the DNS in goDaddy.
   and I have root access on the machine (In case it's needed, I can modify the apache configuration).

   I think you need to return a 301 status code to indicate its a permanent redirect (Its been a long time since I've had to do this).

   This wikipedia page has quite a bit of info on the subject (about half way down):
   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/URL_redirection

   Probably best to do it via htaccess if your using apache, or otherwise a php snippet could be used to do the same thing.

   Put this in your ".htaccess" file on ".com" domain if you want everything to redirect to ".org" domain with 301 message:

   Options +FollowSymLinks
   RewriteEngine on
   RewriteRule (.*) http://www.cocos2d-iphone.org/$1 [R=301,L]

   If you have root access on the server, the best thing is to edit the apache configuration. Open the httpd.conf file. Locate the line saying ServerName cocos2d-iphone.com (maybe it is ServerAlias cocos2d-iphone.com). Under that line, add the following : Redirect permanent / http://www.cocos2d-iphone.org (notice the 2 spaces, one before and one after the first slash).

   But beware, in case you had defined cocos2d-iphone.com as the ServerName and cocos2d-iphone.org as a ServerAlias (or the other way around), you first have to split these 2 domains into 2 different <VirtualHost ip.ip.ip.ip>...</VirtualHost> declarations.

   The easiest method would be to use the ".htaccess" method already mentioned by crmagicxxx. Make sure you include that last part though ([R=301,L]), or it won't be treated correctly.

   Its also a good idea to redirect non www versions of the url (cocos2d-iphone.org) to WWW (www.cocos2d-iphone.org) for the same reasons I mentioned earlier. Google treats the two versions of the link differently.

   It may be easier to use the .htaccess method but the recommended way is to put that directly in the apache configuration file (the wikipedia link in PhilM's post says so too).

   Are you sure about the www thing ? I think if your www site and your non-www site are exactly the same, Google treats them as one.

   In the past, Google has treated all subdomain's (including www) differently in terms of backlinks. If know of something recent and reputable that says differently, I'd love to see it so I wouldn't have to worry about it any more.

   I couldn't find something more "recent and reputable" than a January 2006 post by Matt Cutts (here). I don't have time either to dig into that. But anyway, Matt Cutts convinced me so it would be good to redirect cocos2d-iphone.org to http://www.cocos2d-iphone.org. This can be done in the apache configuration file as well :
   

   <VirtualHost ip.ip.ip.ip>
       ServerName cocos2d-iphone.org
       Redirect permanent / http://www.cocos2d-iphone.org
   </VirtualHost>

   And you have the real configuration for the www version of the site :
   

   <VirtualHost ip.ip.ip.ip>
       ServerAdmin riq@xxxxxx.com
       ServerName http://www.cocos2d-iphone.org
       DocumentRoot /home/xxxxxx/yyyyyy
       User xxxxxx
       Group users
       ...
   </VirtualHost>
