... But the one that really knocked it out of the park and tossed most of my day down a rabbit hole, is Alice, which we covered earlier. It's beautiful, creative and the best iPad demo app so far. This is drool-ware of the highest order."
Aurigan, out of curiosity did you make an editor on the Mac or any other platform to "build" the pages of the book or did you code it all by hand?
This is indeed the best interactive book I've seen! Big congrats!
Hey, I don't know if anyone saw this, but Oprah did a bit on the iPad on her show and she went ON AND ON about this app. So sick! Can't even imagine better advertising in the whole world.Alice is like the poster child for cool ebooks on the iPad. Aurigan is probably going to be rich enough to buy his own island and never come back and see this, but so congratulations!!
My daughter loves this book, I can't afford full version yet, but will soon. I was really excited when I got to last page of it and saw the Cocos2D logo!
YAY Cocos2D and YAY Alice for iPadapp!
This is awesome. Great job. If I can ever get my hands on an iPad it'll be a definite purchase.
Found a clip of it on the Oprah Winfrey show.
wow
That's awesome!
Sorry for offtopic, but tell me please how you make a rat floating in the water and swinging bird on high legs in the Alice book. I am newbie in Chipmunk and now choose between Box2d and Chipmunk.
Great app, bought it for the kids, and me. Did you guys write your own curl transition for the paging?
