Hypothetical Situation: Player A scores 1000 in a game, and his score is stored online via CocosLive. He now has the #1 spot on the leaderboard with that score.
Player B scores exactly 1000 three days later, and his score is also submitted online. From my experience, Player B's score would be #2 behind Player A.
A problem arises if 1000 is the maximum score attainable for this game. In my mind, wouldn't it make more sense for the most recent score to be on top to keep the competition going?
I've got a similar thing happening in the game I'm currently working on. Would be interested to hear anybody's thoughts on this 'issue.' Any recommendations for an easy work-around based on the date the score was submitted?
Thanks!
