I think almost everyone here is a programmer. But if you have art skills, or friends with skills please post links here to examples of your work. 2d, 3d, animation, music, sound effects, whatever. If you are for hire, post ballpark prices on what you charge - as an example:
$200 for an 512x512 icon, but that could go up depending on how much detail, $300 to develop a logo, $700 to create a game character
(I dont know if those prices are reasonable, Im just giving an example for how you can explain how much you charge)
