I don't to give links here, but there are sites proposing my game Moonlights for free. They claim to be legal because the apps are submitted by users. You just have to write to them to remove the link. Is there anything to do about this ?

ahh just forget about it. People that would pirate your game would never buy it in the first place.

You can try to make a piracy detection method and turn the app into a lite version.
There are tons of posts about this on the internet.

The most popular "tracker" is called Appulous. They don't host any of the actual IPA's, that is left to various other ad-infested POS sites.
I guess the best way for a small developer to go after sites like this is to keep reporting them to Apple and hope they'll apply some of their legal pressure to get these sites closed down.
