Capture Geos!

GeoRain brings you an innovative gameplay concept.

You must match geometric forms and colors (Geos) with the targets in the black holes. Check your agility and speed. If you spend less time in the level you obtain additional points. Remember that there are bad Geos and good Geos. How good is your mental hand coordination?

[B]Wanna challenges with real people?[/B] GeoRain comes with one of the best challenge systems to date (Scoreloop). You can challenge anyone in the scoring list, also with your buddies and make buddies list and personalised scoring lists.

Game includes the following:

- 2 gameplay modes (normal & time attack)
- 30 levels
- 4 player profiles
- physic engine with collisions
- Repeat any level done
- 17 minutes Soundtrack from Adam Certamen Bownik
- Credits music a lap steel blues by Fernando Neris (deferre)
- You can still listen you iPod music
- Local Points and ScoreLoop (global, country and challenges)

Bought it!

If I dare a little constructive criticism (and I hope I don't get shot down this time), I think the icon is very important and yours might need some work.

If like me you can't draw if your live depended on it, some freelancers will do quality work for a very cheap price.

Is it normal than I get Spanish language on the swiss app store? I should get either German or French.

Nothing "wrong". I just think it's not "enticing". The icon is the first thing people see on the store and it's the first "decision" a potential customer has to make about your app (Click to see the description or look at next icon).

Great idea, and nice looking game! I'm buying it. The music reminds me of Rush's Signals album (showing my age here). Sweet. Good job!

I bought it, the text was in English on the Australian App Store on my phone. It is fun but can be a bit hard for color blind people (like me). Some symbols on the geos would help but I guess there aren't enough color blind people to worry about it.

I also don't seem to get many sound effects, only the countdown timer and when I touch a white geo - is that expected? I'm playing on a 3gs.

when you throw correctly a geo to a hole - one sound
when you throw incorrectly a geo to a hole - one sound
when you touch a white geo - one sound
when you touch a bad geo - one sound
when you finish a level - one sound

Doesn't this work in this way? Here for me in the 3G yes.

I see more difficult between squares and circles from the same color. :)

@coolman - there is definitely a problem with sound on the 3gs then. Like I said, I'm only hearing fx for white geo and level countdown.

It also crashed on me. The crash log is below. It seems to be related to ScoreLoop though. A dialog was displayed congratulating me on my score, I clicked on the cross at the top left to close the dialog and the game crashed.

@coolman - I was playing with music off, as an experiment I thought I'd turn it on. With music turned on I seem to consistently get the sound for throwing a geo in the wrong hole but still no sound for the correct hole.

I also got that ScoreLoop crash again. The dialog allows me to close it or submit my score, closing the dialog seems to lead to a crash.

Just started playing, it's very fun, with entertaining music.

Maybe for a future update you could prevent "short lived" Geos, ie Geos that spawn near the border of the screen and are directed outside.

Wich firmware you have?

Do you have issues with sounds? For example when you throw correctly a Geo it must be play a sound or when you finish a level you must hear an "Oh Yeah"

3G 2.2.1, Didn't try on iphone 3.0 or 3GS. If you really need it I can try.

I have nice music, blips when clicking buttons, I hear how yeah, laser sound when clicking Geos, tung when throwing a Geos.

No problem ob1. I have a 2.2.1 and now a 3.0, in 3.0 I can't hear all the sounds wierd.
