Im not sure if it's intended behavior, but in the current version you can jump whenever you are touching some surface. even if you're UNDER it ;) basically if you click fast enough, you can climb vertical walls, and if you're luck - even those that are sloped towards you ;) I was able to "cheat" through a couple levels by using speed clciking (bunnyhop !) instead of careful moves and balance
Hello again, just wanted to let everyone know that there is a new update to Trundle that has changed a bit, hopefully quelling any lookalike comparisons to the unreleased wiiware title, Night Sky.

@MikeSz - Thanks Mike, we've gotten a few suggestions about things like this and are working on a fix(s).
A new update to Trundle has been submitted featuring in-app purchasing for our first world pack release. In addition we created another app titled Trundle Unlimited which has already been approved (Trundle itself is still pending).

Thanks MikeSz, I don't remember what was said with Tiki Totems exactly but I do read the forum a lot and DLC and Freemium models seem like a good idea, we felt we'd also get more exposure with the stand alone unlimited version. Essentially now we have a paid and lite version, but the lite version is upgradeable thru the in-app.
As for info about the free version, we got a lot downloads when first released; thousands a day, the Touch Arcade article really launched it I believe, but then like anything else it slowly trickled down to around a hundred a day or so.
interesting... I used WET67MA7JF3J and... dunno why but both the icon and name of the app and even loading and main screens carry no mentions of the "unlimited" whatsoever. in fact when I do search app on the device I have 2 apps called "Trundle" with exactly same icon
Thats strange... The icon actually is the same (perhaps a bad decision on our part?) but the name should come up as "Trundle U!"
its exactly same on my device. I actually had to double and then triple check which version I was playing...
you really should have a different icon and name of the app AND something inside the game that mentions that the user is playing the special levels. even a level selection screen or something like that

Strange! Yes that is a very good point; next round! You'll notice that the Unlimited version does not have "Add on worlds" in the main menu.
What do you mean exactly with the level selection screen? The world pack name should be at the top of the "special" levels, do you mean indicate somehow that it is unique to the unlimited version?

A new freebie update has been released to the App Store; this level is a bit more involved than past ones, it involves helping a young creature progress in an effort to find and rescue his father.
