Hey folks, my partner and I have released our very first indie iPhone game, which uses cocos2d!
It's called Tetryon, and it's a strategy/puzzle game with sci-fi graphics and sounds. 62 levels are organized into three worlds.

Cocos2d was the perfect tool for building Tetryon. We started with cocos2d for Python and built our prototype there. Once the gameplay was solid, we ported to objective C and cocos-iphone, which turned out to be a very quick process (less than a week). I definitely recommend this method as a way to quickly build high-quality 2D games - particularly if you want to create unique gameplay that takes a lot of experimentation and tuning.
We welcome your comments. Thanks!
