I am adding a world/local toggle to switch between By country and World scores.
How can I add a score with different country, so I can this switch?

You can't fake the country on the server.
One option would be to install the server on your local machine, and compile cocoslive to use the local server (see cocoslive.h).
Once the server is running on your machine, you will be able to modify the server.To download the server, first you need to download Google App Engine.
