I have a Apple Mac Mini PowerPC G4 (1.5 GHz, 512 Mb RAM, 80 GB) that is running mac os x 4.1. Do you think it has enough to run mac os x 5?

I am no expert, but I would say no. There is a huge gap from Tiger to Leopard, and your brick would be absolutely min specced.

But XCode will be no fun at all. You should at least get a medium new one with 4GB RAM to have acceptable speed.
