   hi i created a new group in my code and put the all images in that now resources\CountryFlags is the path i am doing this
   NSString *fileName = countryInfo.ImageUrl;
   CCSprite *flag ;

   NSString * fullPath = [[NSBundle mainBundle] pathForResource: [fileName stringByDeletingPathExtension]
   ofType: [fileName pathExtension]
   inDirectory: @"CountryFlags"];
   if (fullPath)
   {
   UIImage *theImage = [UIImage imageWithContentsOfFile: fullPath];
   if (theImage)
   {
   flag = [CCSprite spriteWithCGImage: [theImage CGImage] key: fileName];
   flag.position = ccp(200, 265);
   flag.scale = .255;
   }
   }
   but fullpath always got nil and not getting the code so any one have any idea how to solve this

   I don't think there will actually be subdirectories on the phone. You just have it while developing to make it more organized. Try removing the "inDirectory:" part and see what happens.

   there is no need to think about subdirectories in the resources folder.

   No matter how they are organized in your system, when you add them to the resources folder, xcode can still find them.

   Even if you create folders in Xcode to organize them (under resources), xcode can still find them.

   Just use the file name as the file path will do like such:
   

   flag = [CCSprite spriteWithCGImage: [theImage CGImage] key:@"file.png"];

   I've used folders/subdirectories in several of my apps. Here's a quick ref:
   Yellow folder in Xcode - in main bundle
   Blue folder in Xcode - folder under main bundle

   Example (from my WebView/Help system):
   NSString *filePath = [[[NSBundle mainBundle] resourcePath] stringByAppendingPathComponent:@"HTML/NetworkSection.html"];
   So my app has an HTML subfolder so that when I add new help files I don't have to remember to add them in Xcode. Just clean and build and they are included.
