how to stop app being released straight after review?

Hi guys, the last app i made was simply released the second it got approved by apple, i was just wondering if theres a way to stop this happening so that i can time the release with my marketing.

when you first start the submission process you can set the release date. also for app updates you can set them to developer release so you can control when those happen after they've been approved.
