Member@jujutouch is this a real comment...supposed to be funny....or what? I don't get it. The forecast was for programming of the app according to the timeline given to me by my last programmer. And the forecast was for PROGRAMMING in other words PROGRAMMING, not looking for a replacement programmer..... The timeline presented in my post has nothing to do with the overall completion of this app as a whole.
Seriously did anyone even read my posts??? Or are we all doing the "forum post skim" where you grab 3 words from an entire post and assume you know what the post was about.

@appsolutecreations - You don't need to take everything as a personal attack. The fact is there are a lot of people out there that try to scam and get work done for free never to be heard from again, we as professionals have every right to be sceptical of all jobs posted until proven otherwise. While I am not saying that you are one of these people, for me (and I am sure others) any opening post that mentions it can beat Angry Birds sets off alarm bells as being one of these projects.
I think this is one of the longest and most convincing (at first glance) scam posts I have seen and obviously the scammer got a lot of free work out of people that they then sell on. It is only once the community start asking questions that the thing falls apart.

MemberYour original post, reminds me of a post I made about my game a couple months ago. I was looking for a programmer and had all the graphics and sound ready for my game as well.
I ended up learning how to program it myself after having a very pleasant exchange of emails with a semi-local programmer who responded to my post. He gave me some good advice, offered his services for a given price range, and I ultimately chose to go it alone. I've learned a lot since then and I think it was worth figuring it out on my own. I'm working on submitting it for review sometime in the next couple of days.
I'll be looking forward to seeing you knock Angry Birds, Cut The Rope and Fruit Ninja off the charts! It would be great if my game would be capable of achieving such a feat. But I know it isn't going to happen, but that's ok. There is always next time..

I actually appreciate most of this post! I have followed it loosely for the last several days. I have learned a very serious lesson. I have been dipping into doing some "for hire" business as I am an Indie by night and have another full time job. Fortunately I have yet to run into any conflicts with those I have worked with. What I have learned is that I will pay much closer attention to someone's personality prior accepting a job. IMO I have seen many red flags in this thread.
The puppy was cute though!! :)

I can't get enough of that cute puppy. I'd develop apps for that cute puppy for free because I'm powerless against its incredible cuteness. If that cute puppy told me to jump off a bridge or eat a dog biscuit, I'd probably do that too.

MemberI've been stalking this thread from the shadows. Isn't much to say that hasn't already been said.
As for the Unity thread that was posted, you can skip reading 10 pages and just go to the website "she" links. It's quite evident that the models "she" posted were not created by "her," and the MMO is just like every other kid's dreams. Reminds me of this Pokemon MMO design I saw one time...

Memberps. @appsolutecreations i know ur threads been hijacked somewhat but for what it's worth, i personally see ur sincerity in ur posts, however i can understand the reaction that it's generated... quality coding is a lot of work, but then again, what craft at a professional level isn't right?
in any case, i hope ur able to find a business partner and get busy with making ur game..

The troll poped out of my monitor and slapt me on the face when he said he dropped porn movies to make 3d models. I might have misunderstood, but his photo was from a porn star or whatever. It is around page 4 or 5, dont remember.
