I have made a .fnt+.png with a font of size 33.
When i want to write a title label use the font with scale=1 and when want to write for example a score label use the spritesheet font with scale=0.5f.
I want to known if this method is very slow and is best create two .fnt+.png with different font size.

Two different fonts is going to make your app larger in disk size and larger in memory as well because two textures will be loaded (if you draw with both fonts at once). The extra memory + size is very small but every bit adds up. Sure, scaling one font is probably more gpu/cpu intensive in the instant you scale the label, but that cost is so small compared to the persistent addition of memory when the label is visible, and the ever persistent addition to the size of your app. Scaling with one font is the way to go IMO.
One other thought I had was that if you're using one bitmap font only for scores, then create one at the correct size that only has characters you need-- numbers and a comma maybe? Chances are you don't need the whole font, so don't bother putting it all into an fnt and wasting memory.
