Woohoo, my first game Wormies is finally out! Creating this thing took me ages, for some reason. Anyways, here is the app store link and description with images:

Control evolution to build up an underwater worm population and defeat deadly predators with an army of wiggling creatures at your disposal. Wormies is a game where you are in command of this watery world. Spawn, mutate, and squish at your discretion to build a powerful society that will dominate all in its path.
- Use evolution to increase strength, speed, and mating ability
- Tools are provided for gathering the population, feeding, massive mating, mutation, and squishing
- Watch your population become more powerful with each generation, growing in size and becoming more colorful
- Predators will come for your worms... either attack them or dodge to fight another day
- Defeating a predator will bring a more powerful one next round, until they are all defeated and the worms dominate
This game is simple to pick up and play, but has deeper strategies for continued enjoyment. Thank you for supporting indie game development... I hope you enjoy playing Wormies :) .

Here is a development blog I tried to keep up while writing Wormies:

I used cocos2d 0.7.3 to make Wormies, relying heavily on AtlasSprite and scaling/tinting for the worms. The thing I'm proud of is the worm "swimming" motion, which is a custom action I wrote that pre-calculates the angle when the tangent slope points to the destination spot. I'd be happy to share it if anyone's interested, though the code is messy. I also wrote a custom action for the predators traversing a path made up of points, using linear interpolation. Let me know if you have any questions on implementation.
Thanks for all your time and support, my comrade cocos2d developers. Here are some promo codes for you all:
