   A new top 100 on itunes store, the top revenue software. Seems like the top paid apps with taking into account the price. If an application sells 10 apps at 1$ and a second applciation sells 6 apps at 2$, the second one will be ranked better.

   Very few 0.99$ in the top 10!!!

   it is about time apple added this. As expected though, all the EA/Gameloft/BigPublisher games float to the top. It is great for the big publishers and what they've wanted to see for a while. I hope it does not replace the top100 by DL anytime soon or it will make it even harder for indie games to get seen... although it will also help quality games, indie or big publisher charge more for their games. We'll see how this all pans out.

   Any ideas of the time-period used for the list? It for sure is not of all time, as #1 has been on the store for only around a week. I would guess something like week to date... but that is a guess not based on much.

   Yes it looks like it is the same period as the other tops.

   OMG, there are alot of changes on the app store organization today! On the new OS 3.1, there is a GENIUS recommendation (next to NEW and HOT) that list the apps you should like based on what you've already bought. This look like a very good feature to improve visibility.
