Hey everyone.

Most of know me, or at least remember that annoying guy that used to ask a lot of stupid questions. Now the annoying guy has gotten his baby through the monster that is the review process.

Without further ado, I give you Ninja Adventures:

Might still be a bit rough around the edges, and I would appreciate your feedback very much. It's the first game I've created from scratch, and I've tried to realize my vision of a hack'n slash RPG / side scroller as well as I can. Now it's up to the market to decide :)

I get an error that the game is not available either on the Swiss or the US store.

Interesting, it was available just 20 minutes ago. I'd set the launch date to tomorrow, so I thought it was a little strange they put it up already but I guess it was just a mistake on their part.

In other words, come back tomorrow folks :)

Most people now get apps from the device's app store. Your app is 19 megs - I think that once you are over 10 megs iPhone users cant download your game over a cell connection which may limit your audience. This is also the point at which I say something about locking out 1st gen iPod Touch users needlessly, but I dont want to sound like a broken record.

@Codemattic, broken record? You? No Way! :) Though, I agree arbitrarily locking out the 1st gen iPod Touch isn't good, but at the same time not all Devs have access to every version of the iPod Touch and iPhone and I think most are erring on the side of caution by only saying it works on what they have..

I suppose we need to get some beta testing going (people on this forum surely have every version of the iPod Touch/iPhone out there), so that might ensure to keep the audience as wide as possible..

Third day yielded 7 sales and 7 "freebie" downloads with the above codes.

Codemattic, I'd love to support iTouch 1G users, but like a lot of other developers, I don't have one to test on. I tried my best to keep the size of the app down, but in the end there was no way to go under 10 meg and still include my custom soundtrack. The Lite version will be < 10 meg though, hopefully that will give me a much-needed boost.

If you would like to send me your UUID I'd be more than happy to have you try an ad-hoc build so I know if 1G's can run it properly.
