cocos2d 8.1 xcode template trouble

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble installing and running xcode 8.1 tepmlate, I followed all the tutorials with no luck.

I'm sure I'm missing something.

Please advise.

it's very simple:

cd /WhereverYour0.8.1FolderIs

then, do what it says in the readme.
