Download Size Limit on Carrier Network

Does anyone know if the 10mb limit still applies for downloading apps over the phone companies' network? Sorry for the generic question in the Cocos2d forum but I can never find information in Apple's maze of documentation and the community is way better here than in the Apple dev forums ;)

Hey SmallMike,
Yes, it still exists. I remember i downloaded a game just recently and it made me connect to wifi because it was over 10mb.

The silly thing is it exists all over the world, not just in the U.S, even though I'm sure it's something AT&T decided rather than Apple...
