   How do we get our own avatar here? I keep looking in the profile sections and never seem to find any reference there.

   You can add one to http://www.gravatar.com. Just use the same email address as you used to sign up.

   thanks... is there a delay for it to show up? I just added my avatar there with the same email address and I still dont see it.
