I want to start making animations.
Which is better to use?
TexturePacker or Zwoptex??
I know that Zwoptex is cheaper, but on the features page, i dont know what is a better tool.
Animation tools? TexturePacker, Zwoptex??

Hi Arctic,
The tools are pretty much the same for basic needs. Texture Packer has some more power user features but I'm working on some great additions to Zwoptex to help bring it up to speed.
You can also use the free flash version of Zwoptex until you're ready to pay for a product http://zwoptexapp.com/flashversion.

I am having a problem, when i try to use Zwoptex.
It errors and says the format is incorrect.Posted 1 year ago # -
when you export coordinates (command+c for instance) you need to select a file format. There is Zwoptex generic, cocos2d, corona, Zwoptex flash and custom (writing from memory, not sure about the ordering)
To import the spriteframe correctly from cocos2d you need to use cocos2d format
However, shall you want to use Zwoptex Slicer tool - you need to use flash version format
