I have exactly the same problem.

With sdk 3.0 compile with out problems but with iphone device sdk2.2.1 a lot of errors.
For example: error: stdint.h: No such file or directory

In firmware version 3.0 is not a problem.

2.2.1 or lower version.. Hundreds of the error ;)
I do not know what to do.
